Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using np3d.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. Products & Delivery

NP3D sells digital 3D scan files (.STL format) delivered exclusively via digital download. After a successful payment, download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Links are also available on the order confirmation page. You do not need to create an account — your order code serves as your receipt and credential for accessing your downloads.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased 3D scan file for:

• +Personal projects (3D printing, visualization, reference)
• +Commercial projects (part fabrication, engineering, restoration)

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the original scan files. Derivative works (e.g. physical parts manufactured from a scan) are permitted.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. NP3D does not store your payment details.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once download links have been delivered. If a file is defective or does not match its product description, contact us at contact@np3d.com and we will provide a corrected file or a full refund at our discretion.

6. Accuracy & Liability

Our 3D scans are produced with metrology-grade equipment and represent the geometry of the scanned part as faithfully as possible. However, NP3D makes no warranty that a scan file is suitable for any specific application. You are responsible for verifying fitness for your intended use. NP3D is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of purchased files.

7. Intellectual Property

All scan data, product images, site content, and branding are the property of NP3D. The 3D scan files represent digital captures of physical objects — purchasing a scan does not transfer ownership of any third-party trademarks or designs associated with the original part.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
