We do not require account creation. We do not collect names, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

• +Resend download links when requested via the resend form

We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your purchase. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. NP3D does not store or have access to your card numbers or bank details. Stripe processes your payment data under their own privacy policy.

4. Cookies & Tracking

NP3D uses only essential cookies required for site functionality (e.g. maintaining your cart session). We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Order data is stored in a secured database. Download files are stored in private cloud storage and delivered via time-limited signed URLs. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on all stored data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and order records for as long as necessary to provide you access to your purchased downloads and to comply with legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it, though this will also remove your ability to re-request download links.
